Meetings

Our next membership meeting will be Sunday January 25th, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Breakfast will be served before the meeting.

Corned Beef Dinner

Tickets are now available for the corned beef dinner, which will take place at 2pm on Saturday, March 14th, 2026.

Admission cost is $20/person

Updated Dues Deadlines

Please note that club dues are now due by March 1st; all dues MUST be paid no later than March 15th.

Game Dinner

The date for the annual Game Dinner has been set for February 7, 2026
Tickets are now on sale (2 per member)
Tickets are $50 each

Liability Waivers

All members, please print out and return a completed copy of the Hold Harmless agreement forms (found here and at the clubhouse). Please drop off completed at the clubhouse in the mailbox for the corresponding secretary.

Pheasant Season begins October 18th

Reminder…you must have a signed permission slip (any Executive Board member can sign) to hunt deer on the property
