Meetings

Our next membership meeting will be Sunday December 28, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Breakfast will be served.

Nominations

Nominations for all Executive Board and Board of Directors members will continue to take place at the next meeting (December 28)
Nominations will continue until December
Elected Positions include: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Corresponding Secretary, Recording Secretary, and 3- Board of Directors members
Elections will occur at the December General Meeting

Hunting Rules and Regulations

Pheasant Season begins October 18th
Visit the Forms & Documents page to view the Rules and Regulations for hunting on the property
Reminder…you must have a signed permission slip (any Executive Board member can sign) to hunt deer on the property

Game Dinner

The date for the annual Game Dinner has been set for February 7, 2026
Tickets will go on sale after the November 30th meeting (2 per member)
Tickets are $50 each

Turkey / Meat Shoots

Shoots will be occurring (weather permitting) on Nov. 30
There will be a team shoot on December 7th
All shoots begin at 1:00 p.m.
Guests are welcome
Help is needed to set targets, etc.

Liability Waivers

All members, please print out and return a completed copy of the Hold Harmless agreement forms (found here and at the clubhouse). Please drop off completed at the clubhouse in the mailbox for the corresponding secretary.
